"The receptionist personnel all that I came into contact with on my visit may 6,2019 through May 8,2019 excellent even to the gentleman who helped me take my luggage to the tram because I was too close to Amsterdam central. I was unable to use the wellness center 😥😂 But next time. I have already recommended your hotel and Amsterdam to friends. To be honest I was in Paris prior to my arrival if had known, I would have spent more time at your hotel and Amsterdam. I felt comfortable and safe. As solo traveler.Thank you lorna gunness "

"To be perfectly honest, due to the price, location and the fact that it was a hostel, I wasn't expecting a great deal from The ClinkNOORD. We've visited Amsterdam over 20 times and have stayed in some high end hotels as well as some complete dives, however this was our first time staying in a hostel. I've passed by some of the hostels in the RLD and they are far from welcoming, so I assumed that the ClinkNOORD would be more or less the same...I was wrong!!! The ClinkNOORD may look like an old industrial unit from the outside, but once inside you are met with an extremely clean, brightly lit and friendly reception area, and branching off from that some chill out/study areas, a bar and kitchen. Our stay here was fantastic, the only thing I can fault is the thin long flat pillows, which even doubled up and placed between your arm and head are not sufficient. Bring your own pillow or prop it up with some clothes under it. We didn't eat at the ClinkNOORD so couldn't review the Food/Dining section (hence 3 stars). Would we stay here again? Definitely YES. The ClinkNOORD will be our first choice in the future and will remain so if they maintain the current standard and pricing structure."

"Had a really comfortable stay at the hotel for 6nights, i liked the surrounding area which is peaceful and yet only about 5-10min walk to tram stop, metro (Amsteveenseveg), cafes, Febo and supermarket. Tram to centraal is approximately 30min, or you can take metro which is slightly faster if you change lines at Zuid station (1 stop from Amsteveenseveg). From Zuid, you can reach the airport in only 6min (1 stop). Surrounding the Hotel is a canal, cycling tracks, park and olympic stadium. There are also many boat houses nearby. My hotel room itself had a view of people cycling along the road below and part of the canal. The room is nicely designed where most amenities are neatly tucked away behind closet doors or in a nook next to the bed. I found the weather a little cold in Amsterdam and always looked forward to returning to the hotel room as I could get a nice hot and shower in the bathroom. If I return to Amsterdam, I will consider Olympic Hotel again! "

"We come for one night with 6 persons. The check-in time is 3pm, not 12pm. We book a room with 2 small beds and 2 stage-beds. Our room is always not ready so we must wait for 30 minutes to have a new room. It’s smaller with only 3 stage-beds. The rest don’t have problems. The room is comfortable and the service is good. They have a big locker room for everyone as well."

"I have been to 48 countries and so you can imagine how many hotels I’ve stayed at on my travels. Never have I found a hotel with such helpful information and people. I get lost going around the block, so traveling to a new country is always stressful. But Teleport Amsterdam Hotel was the best helping me through my travels. It starts with step by step directions on how to get there. They even have a short video. Amazing! Why doesn’t every hotel have this? Then, when I arrived, I got detailed information from the staff about how to get to the museum. Included with my room key was a map of the city. They also gave me a bigger map. I was in a double room with a bathroom down the hall. The room was very big with a kitchen, table, and chairs. They had shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and shower gel in the bathroom. Nice. Having a bathroom down the hallway wasn’t too bad, but it was my own bathroom and I’m still not sure why it couldn’t be in my room. "

Recommended to buy 2 days Amsterdam pass is better. shuttle bus service direct access to Amsterdam in 25mins. Breakfast was great. Room a bit small, but still comfortable to stay. Staff is helpful. "
