"When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade and the room was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location next to a mall and a seaside boardwalk. The reception staff were very friendly, but we did encounter some problems with our room key not functioning and a less than helpful member of the housekeeping team who shrugged her shoulders at us. All in all, the positive far outweighed the negative."

"Staying at the Melliber hotel was my introduction to Morocco. It was very nice, friendly and staff were helpful. I would like to make special mention of Fatima at the front desk. Fatima organised a very early check-in time with short notice, my room was ready before 10:00am! Thank you Fatima."

"Casablanca was our final stop in Morocco and it was my birthday during our stay. The on duty manager found out that it was my birthday and had housekeeping make up a surprise set-up on the bed with animals made out of towels and rose petals scattered on the bed after we left in the morning. When we got back to the hotel later that evening, I was pleasantly surprised with the little decor. Little did I know that there was more in-store! The concierge team had kept a lookout for our return and in under 10 minutes that we got back, they popped up and had prepared a birthday cake and were singing a birthday song in the corridor outside the room! It was so lovely that the team were so attentive and that they went the extra mile to send their birthday wishes! 10/10 i would recommend Barcelo Anfa to any guests!"
