"We stayed 4 Nights with my 2 friends. The Room we booked by Online was not the one they had given us. This was very small for 3 people and brought to their attention, they had upgraded to a fantastic family room with out any extra payment. The first notable thing that we feel about this hotel is the freedom that we enjoy during our stay , no hustles, no interference from any side.... very good breakfast spread, different dishes..... only a small thing we felt in convenience that we faced during our stay is the group booking they do take from tour operates across the glob which gives us big croud in restaurants while on breakfast time. "Wow ! Hotel was the best I've stayed in pattaya ever. The staff were helpful and pleasant, willing to help you in anyway they could. Short distance to walking street but still away from all the noise of the night life. Swimming pool was good size doesn't get to crowded at peak time plenty of loungers around the pool good just to jump in on a hotttt day to cool off. As our return flights weren't until late evening they allowed us to check out late 4pm which was great as needed them extra few hours in the AC I would most deffinatley stay there again when I return to Thailand. "I liked this hotel very much. For the money it is a great bargain. It's clean, in a great location, centrally located around Soi 13 half way between the madness at soi 5 and walking street. The room is high end because this is a newer property so it's modern looking. I didn't really like that it had a bath tub rather then a stand up shower but this is definitely not a negative. The fact that the show has no door also is a bit annoying but most places in Thailand seem to be the same. The one dowside to this hotel is the pool. I have no idea why but that stuck the pool on the 2nd or 3rd poor. It's sort of an indoor pool with about 10% of the pool outdoors in the sun and the the rest of the pool shaded. For this reason not many people use the pool which is nice, but the water is cold because most of the pool gets no sun. This is really the only negative I could find about this hotel. Everything else is wonderful and I would say it's one of the best boutique hotels in Pattaya for the money, about $65 USD."

"There are too many options in Pattaya, at the same price point, that have RELIABLE internet and non-anemic air conditioners. This hotel is in a good location and the staff are great; however, that can be said of many hotels in Pattaya. If you drive a vehicle to this hotel, there is a good chance your vehicle will be trapped in the parking lot when you want to use it. The internet was available, maybe, 30% of the time we tried it, and we slept above the blanket because the A.C. was terrible. The maintenance people said it takes a while for it to get cold. Apparently, "a while" is more than 2 days."
