A Singapore who is super particular on location and cleanliness, giving my honest review for this hotel and location. Stayed for 5N4D, couple traveling w 2 teenagers and 1 young kid. We took the airport train and alight at Ratchaprarop station (20 mins) and walked to the hotel. Using Google map we decided to take the shortcut, passing thru Pratunam Market and RIP to our luggage wheels. Pavement too bumpy and road is so busy tat you can easily get lost. On our return journey to the airport, we took the other direction by walking along the main road and it was so much better. Smooth pavement and less human traffic. Took 18 mins, 0.7km from hotel to Ratchaprarop station. We walked at slower pace due to 20kg x2 luggage. Hotel is super clean (King rm) very impressed w the toiletries provided which includes facial cotton. Love the bottled shower foam and shampoo etc. Prevent wastage. Only problems were the pillows were too soft and the Aircon was very cold. I simply off the airport when it gets too cold. We slept without the Aircon but my kids were happy with the Aircon and they on it through out the night. Oh well.. Better cold than hot. When feeling cold you can just layer up. The hotel is far from BTS. Our initial plan was to walk back to Ratchaprarop and transit to BTS but eventually we just took tuk2 or taxi to further places. Traffic was not bad la but come back to Pratunam area by 4pm else there will be jam. Otherwise from hotel to Chatuchak by taxi will take you about 15-20 mins. We walked to Platinum mall which is just 3 mins away, from there there is a linked walkway going to Big C and Central World. Very convenient. There are alot of shops directly below the hotel so we don't mind tat it is far from BTS. We walked almost 15,000 steps daily without realising as the shops just keep linking. To go to further places like Chatuchak market, we took taxi for 150 baht. Coming back will cost you 250 baht (after bargain) , due to peak hour and there are 5 of u

I recently stayed at the hotel, together with 8 other persons and was greatly impressed by the overall experience. The hotel's location is one of its biggest strengths. It is centrally located, just a short walk to grocery stores selling local foods, Starbucks, McDonald's, 7-Eleven and shopping malls like Platinum mall. The entire hotel- from the lobby to hallways to rooms- was impeccably maintained. My room was spotless upon arrival, with fresh linens, polished surfaces, and a clean bathroom. Also, my room was surprisingly spacious. There was plenty of spaces to relax, work and store luggage wiithout feeling cramped. The bathroom was likewise large. In addition, every staff member I encountered was warm, helpful and genuinely friendly. For a reasonable price, the breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. In summary, this hotel ticks all the boxes- excellent location, spotless and spacious rooms, and a truly friendly staff. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.
