Never Expected this place was big and nice🤩🤩🤩. Staff was so kind. Travelling with my 3kids but so comfortable. . Only i dont know why so hard for me to open Balcony. And staying purpose for the kids.. Kids club was not open. (never confirm to them earlier :) But still so enjoy with their pools.. kids friendly.. Breakfast have various menu. and taste was delicious. Definetly will be back next time. And love to suggest to friends too.. But its not in downtown area.. I have my own transport . so very easy.. Thank you.

Far from city. But breakfast spreads covers everything for kids to adults. Facilities looks a little rundown maybe due to covid. The Panda Kids facility was not well maintained. Otherwise, bed is very comfortable. Room service is efficient. Though there was some hiccup in upon arrival, like no phone in the apartment for room service, clogged toilet, no iron provided initially, faulty lift. But overall, it was an OK stay cause we have our own private driver & we’re not always in the hotel per se.

Yes, its a bit far from the Sekupang Ferry terminal but its not a problem. Hotel offered a shuttle service to cater their guests to and from the hotel. They have huge room, very spacious, soft bed and we love it. It has a full set of toiletries. They have great staff who gave us complimentary cake for our wedding anniversary.. Thanks Holiday Inn! Staff are so kind and always give you a smile. We also love the spa. They accomodate us even 11pm. Nice place and very relaxing. You have your own toilet, shower and beds (private one). We also love the pool. They have a sizable pools for kids and adults. They also have slide for kids. Buffet breakfast is great. I love their beef rendang, beef sausage and chicken curry. They also have shuttle services to help you go to Grand Batam Mall and Nagoya Mall. We definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.. we are looking forward for another holiday and visit again Holiday Inn.

Overall was good but hotel did not plan for the airport transfer diligently. Although, all details were furnished prior to arrival, we were made to wait at Sekupang as the transport provided was full. We waited 15mins at the ferry terminal. Secondly, the swimming pool towels were always taken up and was not available on a Saturday. Thirdly, the room was ok but it definitely is not up to HOLIDAY INN standards. It did seem a little old and in need for some refurbishment. Lastly, even if it is stated dinner is provided there is a cap of 600,000INR that is entitled anything more would have to be topped up. These were not mentioned when doing booking.
