terletak berdekatan kawasan perumahan, tidak sukar untuk dicari. selain itu ia berdekatan dengan kuala terengganu dan pantai batu buruk, hanya beberapa minit. untuk mencari makanan juga agak mudah kerana banyak kedai makan dan restoran dalam radius beberapa kilometer. hanya perlu cari dan pilih. pemilik homestay ini juga peramah.
