Cons The room was surprisingly small, especially considering we had booked a double deluxe. We didn’t use the provided comforter because it was a little dirty and dusty. Since they only clean the rooms every four days, we didn’t bother having it changed. To our dismay, there were small insects in both the toilet and the room. We would have appreciated it if they had provided floor mats to prevent the room from getting wet or at least given us a floor mop to clean the floor ourselves. We’re not sure how clean the room actually was because there was still dust on the window that seemed to have been there for a long time. We hope they will thoroughly disinfect the room before each guest and during the cleaning service. The cleaning service was a little disappointing. We had expected them to clean the room thoroughly, including changing the bed sheets, comforter, and pillowcases, mopping the floor, and cleaning the bathroom. Instead, we think they only vacuumed the floor, cleaned the bathroom, and threw out the trash. So, when booking, be sure to manage your expectations. On the positive side, the hotel has a great location for its price. The GS25 store on the first floor is very convenient. They also provide unlimited water and coffee, as well as washer and dryer service for a fee of 2,000 KRW. They also have heating for the winter weather and smart TVs in each room. The staff is also very approachable and helpful. We would love to come back to the hotel again, but next time we’ll be booking a bigger room. The view from the fourth floor was the best part of our stay.
