We used this hotel in Daejeon as our base for one day trips during our holiday in Korea. The hotel is not close to the main railway station, but is very close to the City Hall subway station, from where you can reach the railway station quite easily. This hotel is located in a downtown, so you can see lots of restaurants and different kinds of store. So we could enjoy delicious food at a BBQ restaurant. And it has a convenient store on the first floor. And also the room condition was good, clean and neat. I recommend this hotel if you visit Techno valley.

It is located within walking distance from the subway station and the station is just one station away from the Daejeon main train station. It is easily access to other cities in Korea as well as other part of Daejeon city. The room is quite nice and comfortable. The room rate is very reasonable.

in general the hotel is really good and staff is kind, but this time during my whole stay i did not have internet in the room which was very frustrating. they tried to fix it but it did not work, so they offer us to use the business area, not a really good option. anyways if you go to daejeon it is a good place to stay.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. The hotel is close to shopping and entertainment area in the city center, and also close to business area. Room was clean, and small kitchen and balcony were convenient for long-stay. Staffs were professional and friendly. However, the bed was somewhat hard so I sometimes felt back pain during sleeping. Overall, staying in this hotel wa...

I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone who's traveling to Daejeon. About 5-8 minutes walk to the nearest subway station, clean room with wifi and the small details inside the rooms like shower gel, shampoo, hair gel, bath tub, hair dryer and even a desk top. It's as much value as you can get for your money. Though staffs speak very limited English, I would defi...

The motel is on the 4th floor of a building without elevator. The building looks run down, and the main building hallway is not the cleanest, but once on the motel's floor you will be in good hands. Clean and spacious room, tv, cable, free wifi, amazing bathroom, free water, and a good working AC. The staff is polite, and speaks good English. The motel is located next ...

Daejeon Hotel Max is located in an area that is literally next door to the Daejeon Bus Terminal. Although farther away from the KTX train station, the location provided my friend and I easy access to the bus when we wanted to take a trip to Jeonju for the day. The hotel is also next to plenty of restaurants and a movie theater (the bus terminal has a Smoothie King). It...

Great placement in the center of an active area of Daejeon. Everything you need is close by, including the hot springs that the area is known for, they are a thirty-second walk from the hotel. the hotel is conveniently located at the daejeon city district with a lot of options for good food and good entertainment. the hotel staff is very friendly and they try their best to speak english as much as they can. the rooms are decent enough and the facilities has a nice spa.

Spacious quiet deluxe room at very good value. Best motel in 22 days of my stay in South Korea at different cities. Location was not best for transit travelers (need a short taxi ride or subway from long distance bus terminal) but in a quiet neighborhood with many local restaurants. A typical budget motel in South Korea with relatively good amenities (strong wifi, desk...

To start with, be aware that this is a love motel and in a neighborhood full of similar places. The staff member at the desk first gave us a room that was either occupied already (did he think all foreigners look alike and we had returned from dinner?) or uncleaned from the previous guests. There were dirty towels strewn about and an unmade bed. When we returned to ...

I was here for almost a week. Having a small kitchenette and washing machine was quite helpful. Unfortunately, there are no English instructions. Also, there was no view at all from my room (just another building). Closest metro stations aren't very close. Still, not a bad experience, as Daejeon is quite walkable.
