Henan Province hotels & accommodations

The location of the hotel is in the downtown and within walking distance to the subway. It is convenient either go to Station or high speed railway by taxi. It is also close to the food court with quite a few restaurants with different delicacies. The weak point was the escalator on underway or overpass did not function after sunset.

Overall, the Pullman Kaifeng is a lovely place to stay with friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms and a brilliant breakfast buffet. The location is good although the grounds of the hotel are so massive that it takes a good ten minutes to walk to the road! This however, is not a deterrent as there are hotel owned golf buggies and taxis are easy to get. My...

It was a very nice hotel and the people were very helpful. We have nothing to say about this hotel that was bad or non acceptable. I am so shocked with some comments on here that are negative etc etc. We were booking day to day while at this Hotel and we had all 8 days while there to change hotel or to leave and go somewhere else but we stayed in this hotel for the tot...

I like everything about the hotel. The room was big and nice and clean. The bed was soft and the bathroom has great shower and bathtub. Even the complimentary soap and shampoo are also excellent. However, the hotel staffs are even bettet than the hotel facilities and amenities. When I landed in Luoyang, the airline lost my luggage and Hyatt's staffs have helped me con...

certain design faults like the room door leading to the toilet and the blind at the shower area. it ius new but the design might not suit everyone's taste and certainly not mine. the decorations are not modern and contemporary like the normal 5 star hotel.

My family stayed in 3 different room categories, and even the standard room was very spacious, modern, and clean. The suite is much much bigger. Shortly after settling into the room, a manager came by to check if we were satisfied with the cleanliness which showed their attention to the guests' experience. Mr.David Zheng, a concierge manager who speaks very well Eng...

Upon arrival the staff were helpful and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. When we needed anything, the staff tried their very best to fulfill our requests. The hotel is right next to a mall which has some decent clothes shops and a good supermarket. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful they had a high English level. On check in I was given a room instead of suite as booked but as soon as I notified them of the mistake they were apologetic and quick to rectify the problem. The suite wasn't going to be available for another 30mins so they allowed me to rest in the original room until it was available. The staff...

We had an enjoyable stay at Courtyard at Mariott. The hotel room is comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious. There is complimentary wifi available in the room as well. Breakfast was worth looking forward to, as the spread was really generous, whether you want to have Chinese or Western breakfast. The location of the hotel is not so convenient to public transport...

The hotel room is clean and nice. The service from the staff is good. a lot of restaurants locate nearby. quite far away from city centre but near the high speed rail station (Walking distance approximately 20-25 mins). No subway station nearby ( Actually the subway is under construction at the moment)

The service was excellent , Hardy our dinner waiter was exceptionally good in his service . Very polite , we ordered a cold chicken dish, he had it warmed because we prefer warm dish. A SPG (Sheraton's Preferred Guest) hotel in the middle of one of the polluted cities of China, so a nice respite from the environment with its modern interiors and welcoming staff. Cheap places to stay in Henan Province

My room was very comfortable and everything functioned properly (TV, shower, outlets). The front desk staff were especially helpful. When I needed a taxi, they took me out to the street, flagged one down and told the driver where to take me. They even found out the price. The hotel is far from the sites and isn't close to many restaurants. I needed a taxi to get a...

This hotel was great for the price, and the staff downstairs were very friendly while attempting to help me (I don't speak much Chinese). The only complaint I had was that the entire hotel smells of smoke. We got a nice room on the 8th floor. There is a great outdoor beer resteraunt just down the road and you can catch the 2 to the train station where there are buss...

No non-smoking room or floor, the whole hotel stink of cigarette smoking. The hotel staff doesn't reinforce the "no smoking in elevators" and "no smoking in bed" rules very much. Other than this, everything was great! Hotel staff also don't speak English, and are not use to handle foreigners. But in general they are very helpful and nice.

I stayed 3 days in this hotel, the staff was very friendly. The hotel provide very good breakfast. If you book the hotel through agoda, you have to pay breakfast which is 18 Yuen and your breakfast is included if booked on their site directly. One thing I like it provide two computers in the lobby with internet access. One thing I hate is there are always people smokin...

For those who're looking to stay in a budget hotel, Jinjiang Inn has always been the top choice in China. All Jinjiang Inns are typically the same; simple, neat, and modern and the room is pretty spacious considering the low price. A good resting spot for those who are coming to Jiaozuo to visit the famous Yuntai mountain.

I don't recommend this hotel for foreigners because we're not accepted here. I made the reservation on Agoda, however when I got there, they said we are not accepted. Because I speak Chinese and because my friend called them, they actually admitted me...which I am grateful for since it was 1am. If you are Chinese, this is a great place. If you are not Chinese, look els...

Because it is in the Jinshui district, it is a low-priced hotel. It is a budget hotel. But unless you plan to spend a long-time in rooms. You might like to bring your own cup and glass or buy them locally. There are two convenience stores within 50 metres. There is also a restaurant in the same complex. But best of all is that it is on bus route 6 and for 1 yuan you ca...

Best bit is the price. Rooms are a reasonable size. The location is pretty good - close to buses & decent lunch/dinner options. However there is nowhere in the area to get coffee let alone a Western breakfast. Some things are indifferent - beds are hard (not unusual in China).Internet was slow going on useless. Generally staff didn't have any English & the weren't thri...

We liked the city of Kaifeng, but staying at the New Century Kaifeng Grand Hotel surely helped us in that appraisal! Our son had booked rooms for us at a university hotel in the city, but those rooms had not been cleaned properly in a long time, so we quickly got on to the Agoda Website and re-booked the New Century. The hotel is luxurious and very comfortable. Englis...

Thus far one of the best hotel that I've ever stayed in. Very nice hotel if you have business in South or West Zhengzhou. English speaking staff made our stay nice. We arrived very late and staff was not aware of Agoda.
