nice people and yummy food
We only spent one day in Perm and found the hotel location easy to navigate in relation to the city. The attached cafe has some simple but well produced meals, specialising in crepe. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay here. We arrived at night at the train station and took a cab, make sure you have a map of the location. Our taxi driver had a difficult time finding, since it was set back off the main street. It is across from the Zhivago group restaurants (Cafe Pasternak)on Lenin St. We ate at Cafe Pasternak and it was delicious. There is also ...
Pros: person at reception making efforts to understand even if does'nt speak one word of English. Helpful to call a taxi. Very good location. Cons: only russian spoken. One can ear the people next room. No map of the city
Pros: Very cheap single rooms and clean Cons: Staff doesn't speak any other language beisdes russia Hostel is located very far out from the center No cutlery in the kitchen and even if you ask for it they don't have some Many (80 to 90) long term students which make a lot of noise, especially in the evening and at night
