The room was clean and had a garden view, but we could also see the sea and the pool, making it a very pleasant space. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The amenities included shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, toothbrush, slippers, and a light robe. It was also equipped with a hairdryer and a kettle. They replenished four bottles of water every day, so there was no need to purchase any. The breakfast was fantastic! The menu changed slightly every day, with a wide variety including Malaysian dishes, Western, and Korean cuisine, so we never got bored! The service was also very good. The pool was clean, with a children's pool, and many families seemed to be enjoying it. We could also use the pool at the Stella Harbour Hotel on the same grounds. However, there was a small beach on the premises, and upon closer inspection, I noticed some litter. That was a bit disappointing. (I also saw staff picking up trash, so I believe they are aware of it.) There is a boat service from Seaqueast on the property, making it great for island hopping! The snorkeling gear and life jackets are included in the price, so considering the total cost, it was quite affordable. We also enjoyed activities on Sapi Island! We used Grab for transportation, but there was also a bus to the city that ran once an hour. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the location. The sunset from the sky bar on the 12th floor was breathtaking. While Tanjung Aru is famous, this place is definitely recommended for those who want to enjoy a sunset slowly. The time spent watching the sunset while sipping cocktails was exceptional. I would love to stay here again.
