"This hotel had favorable reviews so I followed those before me and booked a room for my overnight trip for Silla tomb sightseeing. So glad I did. Everything about the stay was excellent including the usuals - location, cleanliness, staff, and price. The icing on the cake was the hotel 'sauna', included in the price of the room. In Korea, 'sauna' means a public-style bath - hot pools, cold pool, dry sauna and steam room. This sauna also has the guy to do a skin scrub and massage. The sauna facility was very clean, had all the options and was open from morning till 9:00 pm. (Sauna is closed on Thursdays apparently.). Will definitely stay here again on any return visit to Gyeongju."

"Location is great, next to intercity bus terminal. There is a tourist information center next the bus terminal too. I can catch a bus to sightseeing too. Communication with the staff is just good enough and they have well prepared English instruction for everything. Breakfast is serviced in the room which need to order when check-in. I am having a pleasant stay in Gyeongju-si."

"Located in the heart of Gyeongju Daereungwon Ancient Tomb Complex in Gyeongju-si. Accessible by bus from the Singyeongju Station. If you are looking for Korean traditional house to stay, this is the right place. Easy to find convenient shops and closed to Western fast food. You must contact the host before arriving at the guesthouse as there is no one waiting in the reception area. We didn't arrange our arrival time with the host but luckily the local were quite helpful and contacted the host for us. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a quiet and friendly neighborhood "

"The property is gorgeous and well kept. All the amenities are as promised. It has the old world charm and the staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. It is located a little away from the city but that just adds to the countryside feel. It is peaceful and away from all the hustle and bustle. "the bus from singyeongju station goes straight to the hotel, just make sure you get on the one that goes to bomun lake resort (i think it was number 700). we ordered room service and they messed up our order a lot so we almost got charged twice for the food we ordered, which was difficult to explain in basic english, but it got sorted out eventually. it was pretty easy to get to all of the sights we wanted to see. ended up heading across the lake for an afternoon to gyeongju world, the amusement park, which was pretty fun. i think the website mentioned hot springs, but you have to pay for access. there is a bar downstairs but beware as there is a 10% vat and a 10% service charge... so each drink you buy is 21% more expensive than you think! also i ordered a lemonade and vodka, which got lost in translation and i got a lemonade and a shot of vodka. i don't know why that lemonade was so expensive but i suppose it's best to avoid the bar... who knows what you'll get and how much you'll pay! "
